Elira Women’s Health Pty Ltd (“Elira”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

1. What information we collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Elira.
At launch, this may include:
your first name;
email address;
postcode, if you choose to provide it;
whether you have agreed to be contacted for a short conversation about your experience of care;
information about how you use our website, such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and referring source.
Our website registration form is not intended to collect medical histories, diagnoses, symptoms or other detailed health information.
When Elira begins providing clinical services, we may also need to collect health information and other sensitive information where it is reasonably necessary to provide care. Our privacy practices and notices will be updated as those services commence.
2. Why we collect personal information
We may use personal information to:
register your interest in Elira;
contact you about Elira’s opening, services and relevant updates where you have agreed to receive them;
invite you to participate in a short conversation about your experience of care where you have separately opted in;

We only seek to collect information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Choosing to unsubscribe from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending communications that are necessary to respond to an enquiry or provide a service you have requested.
4. Website analytics and cookies
We use website technologies and analytics tools to understand how people find and use our website.
At launch, this includes Google Analytics 4. We have configured our analytics to minimise unnecessary collection and do not intend to send names, email addresses, form responses or health information to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics may process information such as page views, general device information, referral source, approximate geographic information and website interactions. Google states that raw IP addresses used by Google Analytics are discarded after use for functions such as coarse location and spam detection.
5. How we collect and hold information
We may collect personal information directly from you when you:
complete a form on our website;
contact us by email or another communication channel;
agree to participate in a conversation with Elira; or
later use Elira’s services.
Our website is built and hosted using Framer. Framer may process personal information submitted through websites built on its platform on our behalf. Framer describes website owners as controllers of information collected through their sites and Framer as a processor for that information.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
6. Who we may disclose information to
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
technology, hosting, communications and analytics providers that support our website and operations;
professional advisers or service providers where required for legitimate business or legal purposes;
government, regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is required or authorised by law.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Overseas processing and disclosure
Some of the technology providers we use are based overseas or operate international infrastructure. This means personal information may be processed or accessible outside Australia.
Our current website providers include Framer B.V., which is based in the Netherlands, and Google, which operates internationally. Framer states that personal data may be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area through its approved subprocessors and transfer arrangements.
Based on our current service providers, overseas recipients are likely to be located in the Netherlands and the United States. Some providers also use international infrastructure and approved subprocessors in other countries.

You may ask us to provide access to personal information we hold about you or request that inaccurate or out-of-date information be corrected.
